We have deliberately placed the benefit we call "multi-concept at the top of the list since this functionality is the most fundamental to your cost savings and growth in terms of sales and profit. This advantage is at the same time the most difficult to describe. Our "multi-concept runs through all components of the software and encompasses:

We will use an example to illustrate what can happen to a mail order company whose software does NOT follow a multi-concept:
Multi-client capability means for the mail order house that it can organize various business areas, brands, subsidiaries or foreign branches using one and the same software, and doesnt need to undertake separate software installations for each, with their own article and address data. Benefits: no more data chaos, no duplication, no doubled warehouses, no doubled suppliers, no increase in complexity, no weaknesses in performance and no lack of analysis possibilities across all clients. The multi-client concept prevents an otherwise unavoidable cost explosion.
Multi-channel capability means that sales channels are not managed separately from one another, which would lead to the same data being stored in different places, duplicated work steps, etc., and which would also prevent the implementation of a consistent sales and marketing strategy across several sales channels. Pursuing a multi-channel sales concept with centralized access to articles, and centralized or decentralized purchasing, customer and supplier data, prevents costs from spiraling out of control, increases the sales margin and enables a consistent sales and marketing strategy across all sales channels.
Multi-country capability means that there is no need for mail order vendors to purchase new country-specific software when they expand into other countries. There are already numerous localization modules available, backed by years of experience, that take into consideration national differences (e.g. postal code plausibility tests, the way addresses are written in order papers and correspondence).
Multi-language capability means that it is possible to cater to customers feeling of well-being. Critical customers only really feel at home and properly understood in their own native language. The software from MOS-TANGRAM is Unicode-capable, i.e. Latin, Greek, Cyrillic, Chinese and many other characters can be displayed and edited. In the basic package, master data can be kept in a choice of 10 languages. MOS-TANGRAM is sold standard in German, with English and French versions available on request. Other translations can be undertaken by the user. Multi-language capability enables cost-efficient growth in foreign-language markets.
