Advertising campaigns

Each order is assigned to an advertising campaign and/or pricelist in order to be able to fully measure the efficiency of all mail order activities.

With MOS-TANGRAM software, any number of advertising campaigns and pricelists can be organized, e.g. catalogs, brochures, advertisements, inserts, mailings and eShops for various target groups with any number of levels, e.g. sending the same catalog at different times to different target groups and follow-up activities. Personalized mailings are generated directly out of the system.

The advertising activities and pricelists can include time limits, individual pricing and the possibility of limited-time discounts, free goods and price/quantity scales or conditions/fees.

Every advertising campaign and pricelist can be evaluated according to overall sales, cost assessment, contribution margin calculations I and II as well as "top and flop lists.” The total number of orders, the response ratio, average order value, returns and number of member-get-member cases are also shown. A list of the top sellers according to advertising campaign and pricelist as well as an optional forecast tool round out the evaluation options.

In addition, advertising campaigns can also be carried out regularly for bulk customers or customer groups, with their own pricelists and a differentiation between B2B/B2C and wholesalers or resellers. Gift inserts can be added individually per advertising activity depending on number of items ordered or order value, or when a certain article is ordered.

Likewise integrated in the program are all of the customary options for creating advertising media (catalog design, Quark XPress or Adobe InDesign interface, Word mail merge interface, and much more).

Advertising campaigns deliver automatic response measurements and forecast data for purchasing and marketing.
