Bonus Systems
The MOS-TANGRAM software offers a choice of four bonus systems:
- Gifts are defined as articles that are included free once with a customer order and are thus automatically incorporated in a new order.
- Coupons can be generated for goods or cash. These can, according to their definition, be redeemed once or multiple times.
- Bonus points: customers are rewarded for purchasing products with bonus points that can be used toward the purchase of additional products. Articles have a bonus point value. MOS-TANGRAM has its own account management for this functionality.
- Member-get-member advertising: Existing customers bring in new customers and are rewarded with a bonus, coupon or gift
