CRM / History
The basic prerequisite for good CRM (Customer Relation Management) is the transparency and universal availability of information. This is where MOS-TANGRAM software comes in, providing a complete customer history with detailed information on orders, correspondence, shipments, payments, returns, customer contacts, etc.
MOS-TANGRAM software saves all customer activities automatically:
- Customer and order history with information on every customer transaction. Entries for every processing step, with date and agent. Some examples of customer events: "New customer added"; "New order"; "Order ready to ship"; "Invoice created"; "Invoice printed"; "Package scanned"; "Partial return"; "1st reminder"; "Invoice reprinted"; "Payment received."
- Tracking number assigned by package service/freight forwarder with the possibility of direct creation of a tracking letter.
- Sortability according to orders, e.g. all entries on an order or order type; this means that, for example, all second reminders for a customer can be called up quickly, or all of the customers backorders.
- Customer account with all transactions and the current account balance in the first line. Each entry/booking can be supplemented with comments.
- Numerous additional functions via mouse-click, such as selecting a certain order with all related entries, VAT breakdown, invoice or account postings, transfers, statement/account overview in print version, supporting documents in print-ready form.
- Parameters: presentation of agreed conditions. Information on standard credit card and bank details.
- Purchased articles: information on total purchases in the various material groups and the individual articles within the groups.
- Contribution margin: overview of contribution margins the customer has generated for the mail order company.
- Concealed expenses: all advertising and marketing expenses that have accrued to the benefit of the customer. These concealed expenses might lead to a negative contribution margin for some customers.
- Mail merge in MS Word or Staroffice and label printing: standardized form letters addressed to the customer can be created from the customer history, or a single label printed.
