eShop
The MOS-TANGRAM eShop is a simple shop system that comes with a standard shop design whose colors and logos can be customized by the customer. Alternatively, the MOS eShop system has already been integrated into countless individually designed eShops.
More extensive eCommerce projects with dynamic content are carried out with our eCommerce partner hybris.
Point of Sale
For those opening branch stores, this extension allows for connecting the system with retail points of sale, whether these take the form of a PC workstation with a scanner or a professional cash desk system. MOS-TANGRAM integrates the branches completely.
Scanner for Warehouses
Any number of warehouses can be equipped with barcode scanners (cable or wireless). The use of hand scanners provides a quick and easy way to keep track of all movements of warehouse stock. Since the scanners are in constant contact with the main system, inventory data and the warehouse locations of all goods (e.g. in the case of random warehousing) are always up to date.
In addition to functions provided by MOS-TANGRAM, components from our partners are also available for use with MOS products.
eCommerce – eShop – Catalog Management
hybris GmbH
eShop: In cooperation with hybris GmbH, MOS-TANGRAM offers an eShop based on the hybris Commerce Suite. The shop allows users to carry out the entire order process as well as to create online presentations with dynamic content. Integration in the MOS products allows for data reconciliation between the eShop and the ERP system. Based on the customer history or the analysis of the customer group, additional or accessory articles can be offered automatically. Orders from the shopping cart and the corresponding customer data are automatically transferred to the MOS-TANGRAM software. Updates to the products offered in the eShop are transferred from the article master data in the MOS-TANGRAM software to the Web shop, e.g. stock availability or stock on hand.
Catalog Management: The hybris catalog solution enables centralized and media-neutral management of product data. Thanks to the close collaboration between hybris GmbH and MOS-TANGRAM, there is the possibility of coupling catalog management directly with the ERP system. This gives the mail order vendor the option of media-neutral and centralized management of product information. Any product changes can then be carried out in one system only, forming the basis for catalogs in several countries and languages. Price changes can be made even shortly before the catalog goes to print.
InFoScore credit check (arvato infoscore GmbH)
InFoScore is a module for carrying out credit checks. With the software from MOS-TANGRAM, the user can take advantage of the online credit check offered by InFoScore in order to obtain credit information on customers ordering from him. InFoScore lets the user query information including:
credit information on private persons and companies, negative remarks in public debtor directories, current and concluded collections processes (carried out by contractual partners of InFoScore) as well as data on (consumer) insolvency proceedings.
Informa-Consumer-Score: This score helps the vendor to predict whether or not a customer is likely to pay. With this information in hand, a suitable payment method can be chosen, for example COD.
Saferpay (Telekurs Card Solutions AG)
The Saferpay credit card solution has more than proven its value during the past several years. An interface is utilized for data exchange between the MOS-TANGRAM system and Saferpay. The mail order vendor can then offer his customers all of the customary payment methods, such as MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club or Maestro. Saferpay takes care of obtaining all authorizations from the various banks as well as administering the different certificates. MOS-TANGRAM takes charge of integrating the payment methods into the software used.
Naturally, Saferpay offers all customary safety standards and the possibility of carrying out bookings in various currencies. The mail order vendor profits from the Saferpay brand, a sign of secure payment transactions on the Internet.
Saferpay can be used for eShops and points of sale, but also for written orders coming in via the Call Center.
