MOS-TANGRAM software makes available a wide selection of analyses relevant to the mail order business for the areas of sales, marketing, purchasing, logistics and accounting, which can be conducted on a one-time basis or at regular intervals. In addition to the following standard analyses, all databases in the system can also analyzed according to freely selectable criteria.

The analyses in the standard package are:

Subscribers: new subscribers and subscription renewals following advertising campaigns and advertising stages

Articles:

  • Articles and freely definable article groups from a supplier or supplier group
  • License fee statements for licensed articles during freely selectable periods
  • Commission statements for resellers

Accounting:

  • Order analysis according to orders and partial deliveries
  • Extensive booking journal sortable according to days, countries or booking types
  • Dunning statistics according to reminder levels
  • Liquidity analysis according to stages or days
  • Sales statistics (choice between gross/net)
  • Sales analysis for goods/charges and taxes according to tax rates

User statistics:

Customers: according to address origin, occupational groups and economic areas

Warehouse statistics:

  • MRP (MRP list from back orders) according to article and supplier
  • Warehouse stock described in terms of articles or article types, models, quantities, value, quantity & value, availability, retail or purchase prices, selectable according to article number group, warehouse numbers or locations, date, sliding scale price date, catalog, recency
  • Warehouse changes; can be described in terms of articles, models, quantities, values, seasons, selectable according to article number group, warehouse number.
  • Minimum stock per warehouse can be analyzed and sorted according to article or supplier number
  • Back order analysis; warehouse, drop shipment and consignment articles showing order status as well as purchase and sales price
