The software from MOS-TANGRAM includes an eShop Administration module with which eShops can be controlled directly from the ERP system:

• The eShop structure with its article positioning is stored in the ERP system in the form of a tree structure. The articles are shown here unrelated to material groups. The material group structure can be used as a simplification aid if desired.
• An article can be represented multiple times in the eShop.
• Automatic read-in and editing of any number of articles with texts, images, stock availability, customer history, customer account, scales for quantity, discounts and values, etc.
• Article positioning
• Menu control (enter, modify, etc.)
• Own payment methods, charges, delivery terms
• Data exchange between eShop and ERP system takes place via telegram software or as file over an XML interface.
• Master data and order data are exchanged at freely definable intervals (online or in minutes).
• Exchangeable data includes the article master data, warehouse movements data and order data, whereby as little customer-related data as possible is stored on the Internet server. The telegram software ensures secure and complete transmission of data.
• The availability of goods can be displayed in various ways.
