Customers
With MOS-TANGRAM software, any number of customers and potential customers (from 1,000 to 100 million) can be managed, with the option to distinguish between private and business customers and a choice of gross or net invoicing (prices including or excluding VAT). Customers are searched for and found using AI (artificial intelligence) search procedures according to phonetic, Soundex or match criteria.
After an automatic duplicate check, the customer addresses are managed with the options of:
- Any number of addresses for a potential customer (basic, shipping, advertising or dated address)
- Any number of invoice addresses for companies or private customers
- Any number of shipping addresses for companies or private customers
- Any number of advertising addresses for companies or private customers
- Any number of dated addresses for companies or private customers
- Any number of bank accounts and credit cards
- Any number of forms of address for customer correspondence
- Any number of telephone and fax numbers and email addresses
- Any number of individual parameters for payment, shipping, credit, occupational group, customer categories, economic regions (e.g. for sales representatives), economic areas (e.g. federal states)
- Any number and any length of text notes with automatic date and agent documentation as well as access to files with text templates
- The option of individual customer agreements in addition to the standard settings
- Completely automatic customer transaction history with own accounts receivable
- Automatic pop-up warning showing important customer information, visible immediately from all areas
- Profitability per customer at the touch of a button, detailed contribution margin calculation (I and II) with indication of gross prices, acquisition prices, reductions (discounts, etc.), expenses (freight charges, advertising, etc.)
- An overview of articles purchased according to material group and sub-groups with article number, quantity and date
- A status report with any number of delivery suspension reasons; ban on email, news, fax, text message, advertising, inserts; and customer’s return history
- Freely definable criteria for customer identifiers and classifications that can be selected for, e.g. hobbies, preferences, etc.
- Documentation of customer relationships, for example in connection with member-get-member advertising, branches, collective invoice, collective order, customer advisor, customer contacts, etc.
