With MOS-TANGRAM software, any number of selections can be made according to any number of criteria. Selections are used to steer advertising, marketing and sales activities by defining target groups according to actual purchasing behavior and the resulting yield. Selections are always saved with their corresponding parameters and can be repeated. Selections can be made according to the following criteria:

  • Customer master data: address, age, postal code/Nielsen zone, occupational group, gender, payment behavior, etc.
  • Individual criteria from self-prepared criteria tree
  • Sales, yield, contribution margin, RFM
  • Orders from advertising campaigns, pricelists
  • Purchased articles
  • Material groups
  • Interests, target groups
  • Fringe sizes (clothing)
  • Customer categories (multiple orderer, first-time orderer, catalog requester, potential customer, etc.)
  • Address origin
  • Catalog requester without subsequent order
  • Connection of any number of selections with one another

The results of a selection can be generated automatically for advertising activities (mailings, call center outbound, etc.).
