All sections within MOS-TANGRAM (ERP/MOS-CHOICE, Online shops, Analysis/Business Intelligence) have contributed to this success. The ERP-section supplied a new logistics centre control to a customer, who despatches up to 30000 parcels per day.
The tendency to totally integrate front offices such as online shop, call centres, subsidiaries etc into a central back office (ERP) is undiminished. The efforts, to free call centre employees from simple information, are clearly distinguishable. Each online shop can be extended by a controlled web service, which allows the customer to obtain information about the despatch of his ordered goods, the delivery date or the order history, his invoices, payments, returned goods, replacements, delivery address etc. around the clock. The early investment into these programme developments has paid off at MOS-TANGRAM.
The ever increasing demand and around the clock service requires more staff to be employed. However, due to the Euro weakness, this will only take place in the Euro Zone.
