An important contact option for our customers is our Hotline (1-3 Level Support). The MOS-TANGRAM support team listens to the customer’s problems and requests, classifies them, and either provides suggestions for a solution or passes the inquiries on to our IT specialists. Support is more than just an afterthought at MOS-TANGRAM, which is why all of our employees have at minimum the SIZ IT certificate or an equivalent training level, as well as a business background and in some cases programming experience. This ensures that we understand one another.
Our employees can respond to user questions in German, French or English. If necessary, the problem or the cause is described in a comprehensible way and passed on in the form of a problem solution ticket to the responsible Support Level. Our expert staff is also there to help you with technical/organizational questions, such as how to set up print forms or conduct analyses.
A picture is worth a 1000 words! Our Online Support is able to suggest solutions to your problems visually in a TeamViewer session, or even show you the necessary steps on your own computer system.
