Implementation

In order to introduce our software successfully in our customers’ businesses, we first obtain an exact picture of what the customer needs. This is followed by a close analysis of the desired work processes, with customers describing in detail the specific processes, functions and actions that make up their business.

On this basis, software programs already in use are demonstrated, explained and, if suitable, adapted. If completely new software modules are to be created, a non-functional prototype is first prepared. This means that you as customer first have a chance to take a good look at the screen setup and to find out exactly how it works before the software goes into development. The advantage is that adjustments made at this stage require relatively little effort and expense.

Screen setup

The MOS-TANGRAM software is always handed over to the customer in scaled form. The necessary parameters are queried using a form, which constitutes a further essential basis for work during the setup phase. In the company parameters, the setup tables and the configuration file, all major framework conditions and parameters are recorded with which the system is to work.

Material groups, material sub-groups, address origin, advertising campaigns, payment and delivery terms, free delivery calculations and more are established here and can be adjusted or modified if needed.

Once the description of processes, functions and actions and the creation and editing of the screens and corresponding documentation are complete, these specifications are passed on to the development team. For optimal efficiency, only those components and modules are programmed that deviate from already existing reference models for the industry in question. The final phase of implementation consists of installation and start-up of the industry solution in the customer’s business.
