Training
Concurrent with implementation, training is offered for the customer’s staff. Two models have proven successful here:
Full training: A training course for all employees is recommended for areas of activity involving highly complex processes. These are typically working areas with high strategic significance, for example purchasing, marketing or finance.
Key user training: This is suitable for areas of the company in which work is characterized by frequent repetition of steps; a typical example is order entry, for which key user training has proven valuable. After receiving intensive training in selected procedures using MOS-TANGRAM software, these employees are then in a position to train others in the company.
Online Training: In addition to our presence trainings, you will receive your Key User, or User Access, to our eLearning Platform. Here, all the content can be understood at your own pace, regardless of time or location. Standard procedures are offered in software simulations as demos and practice sequences and give users the opportunity to deepen their knowledge or to repeat individual subjects.

Even after the MOS-TANGRAM software solution has gone into operation, there is of course still the option of conducting further training sessions, whether for new employees or to refresh the skills of those who have already been trained. These training courses can take place either on our premises or at your company. In addition, online training courses are offered in the form of Web conferences.
These courses are practice-oriented and include simulations from the daily work routine, which are realized in technical terms with the help of demo networks. The broad range of courses can be customized to fit the needs and requirements of the customer wherever necessary.
